    Sturdy and nice looking rack. Noisy like every rack is until I wrapped a 1/4” rope around the front support bar. Now it’s totally silent! Took me 4 hours to assemble and install by myself. Very happy with the rack.

    We were very impressed with the product. It took only one of us to assemble with excellent instructions. There was drilling involved that took no time at all. The main reason This was my choice was the overall weight management. I looked at other models, even in steel. The difference was, 1400 lbs. over 800 lbs. No contest. And it looks great on the truck which is a Dodge 3500 Diesel Dually. We love our truck and we love it even more with this Hauler Rack System.

    This didn't fit together property and took a lot of drilling and modifications. Took 6 hours to get done. Looks alright though and seems sturdy enough.

    First time buyer... Purchased as a gift for son-in-law. Installation was very easy. Some of the lag screws could have been slightly longer according to my son-in-law.

    This is a good product, with sturdy through-bolt construction of the kit parts, and clear instructions. On our Toyota Tundra it was necessary to use self-tapping lags instead of machine screws and nuts for attachment to the truck bed. I'm afraid there might be a problem if the screws start to strip out the holes over time. Overall a very nice rack.
