Skyjacker Steering Stabilizers are built with their top-of-the-line Hydro 7000 Shocks to dampen the harsh feel of rough roads and off-road trails. I purchased the Skyjacker dual steering stabilizer system for my 2009 Dodge 2500 Power Wagon. The system was complete and easy to install. It only required drilling four holes to mount the arms. The only problem that I encountered was that the front skid plate on the Power Wagon cannot be mounted over the steering stabilizers. I could have made spacers and dropped the skid plate down, but it would have only protected one of the stabilizers and would have cost me ground clearance. As a result, I chose to not re-install the front skid plate. The steering feels much firmer and doe not shake when I hit bumps at speed. This is a very well made product that works exactly as described.

It looked great followed the instructions and then started checking clearance and needed bolts on cross member cut down and mount rotated a lot more than instructions to not hit and damage the shocks.

The directions was not the best I put the stabilizer on a 04 Silverado Z71 with a 3inch lift and 35 inch tires and it took a lot of the wheel play out I wish I would of put it on soon as I put the tires and lift on it makes a world of difference.

The poly bushings that go in the ends were hard to install, if I wouldn't have had a vise couldn't have install by hand. Was not a direct bolt on to my 2001 Dodge 2500 4x4. Had to cut mounting bolt out of old shock to install in this new shock. Disappointed I had to go to all this work to install a supposed direct fit shock.

Bought for my '97 Wrangler. Hardest part was getting the old one off! Big difference after changing. No more bump steer or golly-wobble at highway speeds. Highly recommended for Jeeps with oversized tires!!!
