2015 Ford F350 had factory shocks and they made the truck feel like it was not keeping steady going around the AZ freeways clover leafs. After installing these you can definitely feel the difference and a much more secure feeling.

My truck, an 02 Silverado extended cab 4x4 came with Bilstein 4600's which I replaced at around 30K miles with the same shocks. There was no improvement in the ride at all as the original shocks were not worn out, they just gave a mushy ride, like an old Caddy. Now that I've installed the Bilstein 5100's on all 4 corners, at 112K miles, the truck rides better than ever, I would call it "sporty." It corners better, I can feel the road, and the truck no longer rocks from side to side when I back out of the driveway onto the street. Spend a little extra for the 5100's, you'll love the ride you get.
