    The price and customer service was extraordinary! When I asked a question as the person didn't know the answer, she told me that she would have a technician call me with the answer! They had the best price and it was very easy for my mechanic to install! It is stable, easy to load, and easy to let it down for cargo access!     I was so excited to get this bike rack, and it did not let me down! It comes fully assembled and ready to go. I really like the fact that it has a built in lock into the hitch. As some people have noted, the lever that tilts the rack down is pretty stiff!!

    A great looking bike rack. A little on the heavier side. The YAKIMA logo is just a flimsy decal which lasted for about a day. Do yourself a favor and pull it off when you get it. The only real negative I have is that I wish the arms were longer and the space between the frame mounts were wider, or adjustable. My wifes bike is a cruiser with wide handles and its a pain to load it with another bike mounted. Overall though Im pleased with the rack.
